Don’t ignore the power of social media. Keep your social media posting fresh and updated while building a relationship with the audience. If possible show your offerings or activities through videos. In a way, share, engage and entertain your audience.


4.      Cater to your audience –make sure your content talks about products, services and facilities in tactical way (don’t put this in lengthy way) that connects to the needs of your target audience. Add value to your offerings, this will make visitors more likely to become your customers.

5.      Create a mailing list – incorporate newsletter subscription, brochure download, customer feedback options in forms format in your content. This will keep your customers interested and update, and make them revisiting your website. The filled forms or emails will help you create a strong database or listing of potential customers.

6.      Make your customer advertise for you – customer testimonials play a huge role in promoting your company. A satisfied customer’s testimonial can build trust in many prospective customers. Make sure you include this in your content.
